What we collect
- Account info: your email and display name; passwords are stored hashed, so we never see the plaintext.
- Bookmark data: the titles, URLs, folder structure, versions, and sync metadata of the bookmarks you choose to sync — this is required to provide cross-device sync.
- Payment info: handled by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments; we never touch your full card number.
- Minimal technical logs: used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention (e.g. request timestamps, error messages); not used to track your web browsing.
How we use it
We use it only to provide and improve bookmark management and sync, keep your account secure, enable paid entitlements, and contact you about important matters. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can access it
Apart from the service providers required to operate the service (payments: Dodo Payments; hosting / database: a trusted third-party cloud provider), we do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law. These providers process data solely on our behalf.
Storage & retention
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in a database controlled by the operator. We retain your data while you use the service; you can delete an individual bookmark at any time, or close your account to remove account data — deletion completes within a reasonable period (backup copies are purged as they rotate).
Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law (such as GDPR / CCPA), you may access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, just email us and we will respond within a reasonable period. This service is not directed to children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page or notify you by other reasonable means. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updates.
