Who handles refunds
Shiorly’s paid subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, and refunds are carried out by them under this policy and their own rules. This policy does not affect your statutory refund rights under applicable law.
Cooling-off refund
Within 14 days of your first successful payment, if you are not satisfied you may request a full refund. Where applicable law grants you longer statutory rights, those rights prevail.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew each period; you can cancel any time before the renewal date and keep access until the end of the current paid period. If, within 7 days of a renewal charge, you have not substantially used the paid features, you may request a refund of that period’s fee.
Non-refundable
Requests outside the windows above, accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service, or requests involving refund abuse / fraud are not eligible for refunds.
How to request
Email support@shiorly.com with your order number or payment email, or submit via the support entry in your Dodo Payments purchase confirmation email. Once approved, we typically refund to the original method within 5–10 business days; actual arrival depends on your payment provider.
